Studio hire policy & rules

Hire & cancellation policy

Hourly room hire

Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Half-day & block bookings (3+ weeks)

Because large blocks restrict studio access for our community, we require 7 days' written notice to cancel or amend any block-booked slots. Late cancellations inside 7 days will be invoiced at 100% of the hire rate.

Studio rules

· Please leave the studio clean and tidy after your session.
· If using yoga mats and bolsters, place them back where you found them.
· Report any breakages or damage to studio staff as soon as possible.

Your liability

As an independent teacher hiring the studio, you are responsible for holding your own public liability insurance for every class you deliver. Seahorse Studio is not liable for any claim arising from your classes. Please keep your insurance, certifications and DBS documents up to date in your profile.
