"My greatest teacher has been life itself." I know what it feels like to live in survival mode. Years of living with endometriosis and chronic illness taught me that healing isn't only physical. It's emotional. It's energetic. It's spiritual. My own journey led me to explore spiritual healing, breathwork, meditation and Shamanic Kundalini Yoga — not because I was searching for another qualification, but because I was searching for myself. Today I share those practices with others through Seahorse Studios creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect and remember the strength that already exists within them.
